Photograph Use License Agreement
Permission to use photograph(s) from www.miamiskylines.net

The License Agreement will be granted to the person or company whose name appears on the purchase information.  The license will be valid from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the purchaser. Adam Burnett and MiamiSkyLines.net will remain the owner of the image or photograph and the copyright.  We reserve the exclusive rights to distribute these copyrighted images and materials as we desire.  None of the images or materials, in part or whole, on www.miamiskylines.net may be copyrighted.

When you purchase a Photograph Use License from MimaiSkyLines.net, the photograph is licensed, not sold, to you by Adam Burnett, for non-exclusive, commercial and non-commercial use. You may use the photograph(s) in print or multimedia use in a commercial or non-commercial production without any additional licensing fees.  Licensee may crop or manipulate the image(s) as necessary for their production.

With the purchase of a Photograph Use License, you may produce and sell a product that contains an image or photograph from the MiamiSkyLines.net website without any additional licensing fees providing the end user of your product is restricted from obtaining direct access to the photograph for personal use. For example, you can mass produce and market material which incorporates our photograph, but you cannot make available or bundle a copy of our photograph(s) on a CD/DVD or web site for your customers to edit, copy, or use as they wish.

No endorsement may be implied by any source, subject, Adam Burnett or MiamiSkyLines.net when using photographs on this web site. The people and organizations in these images may not be subject to any untrue, slanderous, hate-crime or obscene statements or portrayals in any publication or product they are used in.

We do realize that in some situations crediting is not possible, but whenever possible please use the following crediting guidelines on any production that utilizes photographs from the miamiskylines.net website. Credits will be given to MiamiSkyLines.net when and where deemed suitable - i.e. “Photograph taken by Adam Burnett, MiamiSkyLines.net”

Disclaimer: Some of our image descriptions may be inaccurate or misspelled.  The user has the responsibility to research the accuracy of the descriptions and locations themselves. The user(s) agree that they will not hold www.MiamiSkyLines.net or their owners liable for any damage or loss resulting from a file download or virus. The user bares all responsibility, liability, and is responsible for obtaining permission for the use of images of people besides Adam Burnett.  Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Adam Burnett and MiamiSkyLines.net harmless against all claims arising from use of our images, photographs and material.
